Please note The Cosmetic Lounge has a strict 18+ policy for injectable treatments and photographic.
You may be asked for proof of identification before your treatment. As per our policy we require you bring your passport as we do not accept driving license identification. Please be aware we work in accordance with the challenge 25 strategy. We advise bringing your passport to your appointment to enable your treatment to go ahead as planned.
If you don't have a passport please contact us directly so we can establish other forms of identification.
We would also like to remind you providing false documents is a crime and anyone we believe is doing so will be reported.
If you are over 15 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled due to the consultation with paperwork, numbing cream and the procedure itself. We work back-to-back in all clinics, so lateness throws the whole salons day off. If you know you’re going to be a few minutes late please message or call us. We do not rush with our clients; we take pride in building relationships and offering the best level of customer service we possibly can.

Consultations may be booked prior to your appointment or on the day of your appointment depending on what treatment you are having. If you would like to book a consultation, please feel free to DM, email or call us to arrange this.
Please note that children are not covered by insurance to be in the clinic. Please come alone to your appointment unless you have booked a joint appointment, please come together. If you have any questions please feel free to DM, email or call us.
A £50 booking fee is required to secure any appointment, this will be deducted from the price of your treatment. This is non refundable. If you are unable to make your appointment at least 48 hours notice is required, the booking fee can be transferred once to another appointment within a 6 week time frame.
The booking fee can be paid via bank transfer or PayPal. Once you have requested and confirmed a date and time with us you have 24 hours to send the deposit, this should be referenced with your full name.
Please do not expect the appointment to still be available if it's been over 24 hours. Please ask if the appointment is still available before just sending the fee over.
